Introduction

Calcium silicate board is a new type of green and environmentally friendly board made of loose short fibers such as inorganic mineral fibers or cellulose fibers as reinforcement materials, with silicon calcium materials as the main bonding raw material. It is formed by pulping and solidified by high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam acceleration reaction to produce calcium silicate cementitious system. It has dual properties of building decoration and industrial application. In terms of core product features, calcium silicate board not only inherits the basic functions of traditional gypsum board, but also has superior fire resistance, flame retardancy, moisture resistance, waterproofing, sound insulation and absorption, insect and moth resistance, and structural durability. Its service life is much longer than traditional similar building materials, and as an inorganic building material, the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde is low, which meets the environmental protection requirements of green building materials.
