Introduction
During the production process, OSB fully utilizes small-diameter fast-growing materials, which not only saves forest resources but also benefits environmental protection. In addition, its high material yield of up to 70% further reduces waste, reflecting its environmental protection concept.
We selected PMDI environmentally friendly adhesive with isocyanurate ester and only applied a small amount of urea formaldehyde adhesive modified with melamine on the surface for local treatment. This strictly follows the E1 level requirement of the highest environmental standard EN300 in Europe for the formaldehyde emission of OSB, which means that the formaldehyde emission per 100 grams of board should not exceed 8 milligrams.
